NEW DELHI: On Monday, Samajwadi Party's Rajya Sabha MP Naresh Agrawal joined the BJP. In the presence of union minister Piyush Goyal and BJP spokesperson related party, Naresh Agarwal reached the BJP headquarter and joined the BJP. After joining BJP, Naresh Agrawal said, "Joining the national party will serve the nation. He further said that the person who worked in the film was given my status, on her name, they cut my ticket. I did not understand it too well. I did not come on any condition. There is no demand for a Rajya Sabha ticket. He said this in the context of film actress and Rajya Sabha MP Jaya Bachchan again in the Rajya Sabha elections. While ignoring Agarwal's claim, the Samajwadi Party has fielded Jaya Bachchan for Uttar Pradesh's Rajya Sabha seat. March 23 is the biennial election of the Rajya Sabha. The term of these two members is going to end soon in the Upper House. He termed "Homecoming" for his joining in the party. He said that whatever the party wants, he is ready to be unconditional. For the past several years in the Rajya Sabha, Agarwal, one of the most vocal critics of the BJP and the Narendra Modi government, praised the Prime Minister and BJP President Amit Shah.
